The Tiger Cubs, help to prepare for Tiny Tigers, while teaching respect for our teachers and friends, and self-control and not using our moves on our family and friends. This class mostly helps with saying respectful words, such as “yes sir”, “yes ma’am.”
Our Tiny Tiger program is based on lifetime learning skills, as well as the physical aspects. This class is designed to enhance motor skills as well as improving attention skills. Our basic building blocks for the Tiny Tiger program are monthly themes that include Courtesy, Respect, Self-Confidence, and Perseverance!
KARATE 4 KIDS
Our Karate for Kids program is focused on teaching the basic fundamentals of self-defense and self- confidence. All Karate for Kids classes use safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods and encourage students to actively participate in acheiving their goals!
TAEKWONDO FOR ADULTS
Adults participate in Tae Kwon Do for many reasons. It is a great tool for physical fitness, and it also provides a basic knowledge of self-defense! Our program empowers students with not only the physical ability to ensure safety, but mental benefits as well. Our classes are perfect for all adults, no matter the fitness level or age!
